Malicious Intellect, the website. What is this all about? What's with that name? Most of us here are the product of other websites. We're tired of the internet mentality, mostly because we are all adults, and the internet, although entertaining and a great enabler of communication, is not reality. We enjoy intelligent and often times academic discussions and essays. We also admire humor greatly, at our own expense, or the expense of others. We welcome those who come for genuine mature discourse. You will find a varied and broad array of ideologies and individuals. We do not always find agreement, but there is always the ability to listen to those who are of a differing perspective. We welcome new additions. The name of the site is the product of many, if not most of us, having had enough of the current social and political weakness and appeasement mentalities. We are all known for exhibiting parrhesia-zomai speaking. This then is the basic nature of the site. If you are easily and oft offended, you will likely not be comfortable here. We make no apologies. The Rules and how the internet and reality are different. Team MaliciousIntellect.com |

To keep up with demands, and to give some hopefully interesting side reading and viewing, we've added sections for Photography and Graphics and Prose, DIgressions and Essays. Members can post original photographs and graphics, share ideas, thoughts and techniques or click on over for poetry, or a more in-depth reading of a current topic of interest. |

Here we are once again, in an election year. With a pool of politicians that look like a” Who’s Who" year book of "Criminals Gone Wild" and "Political Incompetence Quarterly". Okay, fine, fine those aren't real organizations or periodicals, but it's not like you couldn't make the case for them, now is it? Is it possible to get a politician who has any sort character, ethics and ability? It seems doubtful, our system has made aristocracy and oligarchy front runners for power in the Executive and Legislative branches, and made it the rule of daily activity and election processes. Considering the current run "BushClintonBush", and with the possibility that Hillary could win again, isn't time to take a deeper personal look at how we act as a voting public? |
